主要职责:配合主管落实,执行下述内容:
1. 面向园区的办公人员等提供设施相关的现场客户服务及工单处理;
2. 负责区域内电力,空调,照明,安防,弱电(含会议),给排水等系统的正常运行;
3. 检查及巡检(验收)设备设施的运行情况,报告运行故障和维修结果;
4. 负责处理建筑、设备设施及外围应急维修;
5. 协调设备供应商的现场整改工作;
6. 根据设备的维护保养计划,进行日常的操作和维护,监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作;
7. 负责记录设备系统的运行工况、维修保养、设备履历等。
要求:
1. 仪表端庄,举止大方,态度中肯;
2. 具有低压电工上岗证;有高压电工证优先,有制冷与空调作业上岗证优先;
3. 会电脑操作、办公软件使用优先;
4. 具有电工操作,中央空调设备操作、锅炉操作等,综合维修工作经验3年以上;
5. 中技以上学历;
6. 有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力,能看懂专业图纸者优先;
7. 具有积极主动地工作精神,善于发现问题,妥善完成额外的现场工作;
8. 能适应12小时制翻班。
