Roles & Responsibilities
1. Large deal项目执行与支持

根据区域Large deal战略，协同区域制定并执行具体项目方案，确保落地效果

以全国策略方案为指导，跟进项目各环节执行质量，推动持续优化

识别项目执行中的问题与风险，提出改进建议，提升赢率与效率

支持区域大单项目赢单，推进产品技术、临床价值传递，解决客户疑虑，建立专业信任
-
协同销售团队共同推动售前谈判、招标、推动项目从商机向成交转化
2. 项目管理与跨部门协同
-
协助统筹区域内Large deal项目，协调销售、市场、产品、工厂等相关团队资源
-
以Account为基准，全周期管理多科室多产品项目组合落地和品牌提升
-
参与分销商沟通与管理，推动项目顺利实施，提升Account维护粘性
3. 跨Segment临床方案管理和推动
-
跟踪并解读区域医疗相关政策，设备配置标准、临床指南及行业标准解读
-
以客户为中心，结合实际需求，通过跨segment综合组合产品方案。针对疾病病种联合segment市场部深化方案和产品匹配度
-
结合超声临床化和临床超声化方向，聚焦重点Account，建立相关模式和项目，追踪执行和落地
4. 市场策略和竞争工具
-
分析区域市场特征，协同省份动态制定定制化省份竞争及策略
-
密切协同市场部等多部门，分析整理综合产品和竞品竞争工具，推动和推广培训方案整合
-
整理并推广成功项目经验，提升团队整体执行效率与能力
5. 新业务模式与战略项目推进
-
以提升覆盖为目标，牵头区域重点战略项目及创新业务模式落地，包括慈善项目、基层能力建设项目等；
-
联动相关团队探索增量市场机会，推动新业务模式复制推广；
-
跟踪项目成果与业务价值，实现业务拓展与市场渗透双提升。
Qualifications
-
具备医疗行业销售或项目管理经验，熟悉大型项目（如大单、新建医院）执行流程。

熟悉医疗设备（尤其是超声）产品及其临床应用，能根据客户需求整合跨Segment产品方案。
-
具备项目统筹与跨部门协作能力，能协调销售、市场、产品、工厂等资源推动项目落地。
-
具备客户导向思维，能围绕疾病病种深化解决方案设计，提升产品与临床需求的匹配度。
-
具备市场分析与策略制定能力，能根据区域特征制定定制化竞争策略并推动落地。
-
具备良好的沟通能力、执行力与团队协作意识，能推动项目成功实施并沉淀经验。
