We are looking for a hands-on HW Project Engineer who can translate customer requirements into robust designs, working closely with global engineering teams, and creating innovative products.

What You Will Do
- Analyze and clarify customer requirements, system specifications, and project targets in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create, review and release hardware designs for USB PD chargers/hubs/wireless chargers.
- Work with global engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and supplier teams to ensure designs meet technical, cost, timing, and quality targets.
- Develop test strategies, validation plans, and engineering documentation to verify product performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Support troubleshooting, design reviews, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on hardware design experience, preferably in automotive electronics, power electronics, or consumer electronics.
- Proven experience in analog design preferably in USB Power Delivery chargers, USB hubs, and wireless charging products.
- Experience working in customer projects with global engineering teams, including requirements clarification, design documentation, and validation planning.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese for customer, supplier, and global internal collaboration.
