About the Role
通过制定并推动落实销售队伍整体管理体系与机制（包括招募、成长发展、激励等），加强人网匹配分析与管理，驱动高绩效银保销售团队的建立。
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 明确银保销售队伍画像，建立分层管理体系，特别是绩优团队与人员
- 制定销售队伍招募方案（增员），包括增员目标、具体执行方式、配套工具与平台等，并定期追踪、督导执行情况
- 制定销售队伍发展策略，持续优化销售队伍行为管理与发展路径，并统筹行为建模、培训机制、日常活动管理等，推动队伍效能提升
- 关注绩优队伍成长与管理，规划搭建荣誉体系、日常管理体系、日常追踪体系、培训赋能体系
- 根据销售队伍细分和合作伙伴特征设计、审查和持续优化薪酬和激励政策（”基本法”）
- 开展网点与销售队伍各项关键指标的日常管理工作，通过定期跟踪和监控活动率、保留率等指标，提供改进指导并跟进改进计划/举措
- 主导队伍管理系统开发工作，实现队伍管理信息化、智能化，显著提升管理效率与水平
- 支持CHO/BU级相关数据/材料准备
- 完成主管交办的其他工作
Job Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历，10年以上工作经验
- 拥有在营销员渠道（Agency）或银行保险渠道（Banca）总部或分支机构的工作经验
- 熟悉销售激励、薪酬福利相关机制
- 敏锐的商业意识，严密的逻辑思维能力和出色的分析能力
- 优秀的沟通协调能力和组织能力，擅长书面文案及数据分析
