Are you ready to grow your career in a role that connects product development with project execution? Join us as an Engineer, Product and Internal Project, and take ownership of product performance, quality, and cost competitiveness. You will work closely with global and local teams to support product localization, development, and continuous improvement. In this position, you will also contribute to internal project coordination, ensuring smooth delivery and strong collaboration across functions. This is your opportunity to make a real impact at the Changzhou plant while developing your professional capabilities.

Your responsibilities

Support new product localization and technology transfer through cross-functional collaboration and technical coordination.

Follow up product cost and analyze cost structure, contributing to competitiveness and cost optimization initiatives.

Provide technical support to sales, project teams, and customers, including participating in concept reviews and solution improvement.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality, engineering alignment, and smooth production.

Coordinate internal project activities, including planning, progress tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Expectations for you

Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.

More than 5 years of relevant experience with understanding of product function, operation, and troubleshooting.

Good communication and coordination skills when working in cross-functional or virtual teams.

Systematic thinking with strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Good command of written and spoken English.
