Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage IM&S-related procurement activities end to end.
- Create and maintain spot purchase orders across different systems.
- Handle agreement management, PO confirmation, and proper documentation filing.
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers on procurement-related matters.
- Verify payment terms and coordinate resolution of exceptional notices.
- Support vendor master data setup and review processes.
- Manage purchasing of non-essential materials and services.
- Collaborate with sourcing colleagues to share best practices and drive procurement process improvements.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Educational background in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
- Proficient in spoken English with solid written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrates strong learning capability and adaptability.
- Capable of cross-functional coordination and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
- Prior experience in procurement-related roles is preferred.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
