Develop Sales & Profitability for a number of accounts
1) Manage existing business with key Korean customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
2) Maintain and enhance strong relationships with customers, acting as a primary point of contact.
3) Control Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) effectively.
4) Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts, including electronic materials and new bulk gas projects.
5) Monitor and analyze customer and competitor trends to inform sales strategies.
6) Collaborate with the AL operation team to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
1) 3~10 years in the electronics industry, especially in semiconductor’s area
2) Minimum of 2 years of sales or business experience with direct customer interaction
3) Experience in China is highly desirable
4) Strong understanding of the gas business, including bulk gas, toxic gas, precursors, equipment, and Total Gas Management (TGM)
5) Basic understanding of the semiconductor and/or LCD industry
6) Native Korean speaker with excellent English reading and writing skills. Fluency in Chinese is advantageous.
7) Bachelor's degree required.
8) Willingness to travel frequently.
