About this opportunity:

We are looking for passionate and motivated interns to join Router 6000 software development team at Ericsson. You will be working alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects in high-performance networking systems, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as embedded development, tools automation, and AI-assisted development.

Whether you are passionate about C/C++ programming, Python, Java or exploring the frontier of AI-assisted engineering, we offer you a dynamic and collaborative environment to grow your skills and make meaningful contributions.

What you will do:

Contribute to software development in areas such as feature development, automation tools, or AI-related modules.
Participate in code design, development, testing, and debugging.
Collaborate with senior developers to solve practical engineering problems.
Support analysis of technical requirements and propose solutions.
Learn and apply Agile development practices within a cross-functional team.

The skills you bring:

Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
Proficiency in at least one programming language C, C++, Python or Java.
Understanding of basic software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
Able to communicate effectively in English in a professional setting.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment.
