As the Lead Channel Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. By providing guidance and mentorship to the channel sales team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue success for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement channel operations strategies to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth
Optimize inventory management processes to ensure timely product availability
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
Collaborate with channel partners to streamline processes and ensure seamless collaboration
Provide guidance and mentorship to channel operations team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
