You have learned that the best deals come from relationships built over months, not calls made in a quarter-end scramble.
You think in account plans, not one-off opportunities. You know which customers need a technical deep dive and which need a business case, and you adjust without losing momentum. Drive new business and renewals across your assigned territory in Shenzhen, building and maintaining relationships with engineering leaders and decision-makers at current and prospective accounts

Create and deliver tailored sales presentations that connect customer engineering challenges to specific outcomes using Synopsys Simulation & Analysis products

Develop detailed account plans for each customer that map organizational structure, share of wallet, competitive landscape, and expansion opportunities

Research and qualify new prospects, assess their simulation needs, and position the right S&A solutions based on their product development workflows

Write clear proposals and quotations that align technical requirements with commercial terms, working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and technical teams to close deals

Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or business, or equivalent hands-on experience in technical sales environments

4+ years of proven success in technical sales, or 8+ years if you bring deep industry experience and a strong track record of quota attainment

Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to present technical and business value to VP and C-level executives

Strong understanding of engineering analysis, simulation workflows, or semiconductor product development environments

Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain detailed account records

Willingness to travel up to 50% within your territory to meet customers, attend events, and support partner engagements
