Job Responsibilities

Lead team members to deliver professional and comprehensive support covering project design, project management and project analysis, ensuring actionable and valuable analytical reports are produced.
Develop complete project plans in accordance with clients’ project requirements, and present reports to clients for demonstration when necessary.
Guide subordinates in drafting internal project plans for small and medium-sized projects.
Establish guidelines and formatting standards for analytical reports, and compile reports with verifiable conclusions; supervise and review analytical reports completed by team members for small and medium projects.
Design and submit analytical reports to clients with full confidence and professionalism.
Oversee and monitor questionnaire design, internal project planning, schedule management, form specifications, codebook generation, data analysis and other related work.
Communicate and collaborate with other departments across the company to resolve issues efficiently.
