This is an exciting opportunity for Accountant role.
Job specification
- Handle end-to-end AP operations, including invoice review, journal entry preparation, and accounting record maintenance in compliance with JGAAP/IFRS

Process vendor invoices and Concur expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
-
Prepare and execute payment files, reconcile with supporting documents, and follow up on approvals

Maintain vendor master data and support vendor onboarding
-
Verify accounting codes, cost centers, and required details
-
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
-
Ensure daily operations are completed with high quality and within deadlines
-
Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires

Skills Required:

Business-level Japanese (spoken and written) is required; English (reading and writing) is preferred
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Japanese-related field
-
2–5 years of AP or accounting experience
-
Familiarity with SAP, Concur, Yayoi, or similar accounting systems preferred
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Strong attention to detail with good communication skills
-

本科及以上学历，财务、会计或日语相关专业

2–5年应付账款（AP）或相关会计工作经验
