This position reports to:

Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Builds solid networks with universities, students’ associations, and subject-specific networks, such as engineering associations and students’ networks, identifying their success factors and positioning ABB as the employer of choice.
Builds early talent program frameworks and best practices, supporting the delivery of the local rotational programs.
Cooperates closely with local Marketing and Communication teams and the Talent Acquisition team in attracting top talent.
Organizes, executes, and attends career events and university fairs.
Contributes to reviewing the process for attracting and hiring early talents, including those within existing programs to improve efficiency while maintaining key performance indicators and data tracking.
Manages recruitment processes for early talent programs, such as the trainee program.
Responsible for project management of local early talent and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Procative support other employer branding and talent acquisition activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, Design, Media, HR, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Early Talent or Talent Acquisition.
Strong hands-on experience with proven experience in campus relation, video editing and multimedia storytelling for digital platforms.
Excellent storytelling, content writing, and narrative-building skills.
Exposure to DEI, early careers, or campus branding initiatives.
Strong portfolio showcasing design + video + storytelling work.
Ability to independently turn ideas into executed campaigns.
