What we achieve together
Manage and operate official social media channels (e.g., WeChat, Douyin, RedNote). Develop and execute content strategies and editorial calendars aligned with brand and campaign priorities.
Leverage deep understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and traffic distribution logic to produce engaging content including articles, posters, and short-form videos. Optimize reach and engagement through data-informed decisions.
Monitor platform performance regularly, deliver data-driven analysis and optimization recommendations, and support KOL and digital collaboration projects as needed.
Support corporate communications by preparing press materials, coordinating with media, and arranging interviews. Develop brand storytelling and thought leadership content, and support communications for social responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand initiatives). Assist in organizing corporate events such as media briefings, exhibitions, and dealer events, and track campaign deliverables with post-campaign performance evaluation.
What makes us successful together
Qualifications: You hold a successfully completed university degree, e.g., in Journalism and Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: You have 5+ years of professional experience in related functions within a multinational corporation (MNC) or PR agency. Experience in large-scale platform partnership projects or co-marketing initiatives with major digital platforms is a plus.
Know-how: You bring solid expertise in marketing analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong marketing sense, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills make you stand out.
Personality: A strong sense of responsibility, team-working spirit, and a proactive attitude round off your profile.
Language skills: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written English skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
