Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
1.Technical guidance and coach to Employer liability claims team
2.Handle complicated domestic Body injury claims
3.Vendor management
4.Joint efforts with marketing & underwriter in product development and marketing facing activities
5.Handle claims enquiry from internal & external customers
6.Reporting and claims data analysis by portfolio / channel
Qualifications:
1. 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
2.Law education background preferred
3.Insurance basics
4.Employer Liability / Medical products
5.Negotiation, disability related preferred
6.People management, team leader preferred
7.Body Injury claims handling
8.Customer service
9.Fluent English
