About the role
Regional Data Consolidation & Internal Communication
- Shipment & depletion data consolidation and reporting, including performance breakdown, monthly forecast, actuals, and opportunity/risk analysis
- Distribution data analysis and reporting, including OBP/Bin389 performance and core Tier-2 customer business contribution
- Monthly shipment order tracking and status monitoring
- Traceability-related communication and coordination
- JBP/JBR status tracking and progress reporting
Regional Trade Marketing Support
- Work closely with the Regional Trade Marketing Manager to support regional A&P resource allocation
- Collect monthly D&R activities from Regional Sales Managers and consolidate activity reports
- Support investment review processes and expense claim tracking
- Track routine and ad-hoc projects, including 5S execution status and OBP competition program follow-up
Regional Sales Operations Facilitation
- Support Tier-1 distributor agreement, rebate program, and agreement tracking and management
- Prepare weekly and monthly regional business review materials and presentations
- Coordinate follow-up on action items from regional meetings
- Support day-to-day regional office administration and operational coordination
- Assist with ad-hoc business analysis, reporting, and sales support activities as required.
About you
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, PPT
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Team spirit and good communication and coordination skills;
- Proactive attitude and fast learning
Good problem Solving and Analysis skills .
