Job Descriptions：
1. Act as the technical expert for shoes / footwear testing and provide internal and external technical support. 作为鞋类 / 鞋履测试技术专家，为内部团队及外部客户提供技术支持。
2. Manage and support daily footwear laboratory operations, including testing workflow, resource planning, quality control and technical issue handling. 管理并支持鞋类实验室日常运营，包括测试流程、资源安排、质量控制及技术问题处理。
3. Provide technical review of footwear physical test results and reports to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with applicable standards and client requirements. 对鞋类物理测试结果和报告进行技术审核，确保其准确性、一致性，并符合适用标准及客户要求。
4. Provide technical guidance on footwear physical testing requirements for major markets, including EU, US and other key global markets. 针对欧盟、美国及其他主要市场的鞋类物理测试要求提供技术指导。
5. Support project coordinators and sales teams in preparing test plans, technical proposals and quotations for footwear clients. 协助项目协调员及销售团队为鞋类客户制定测试方案、技术建议及报价。
6. Provide technical consultation to clients on footwear product quality, testing failures, production issues and improvement suggestions. 为客户提供鞋类产品质量、测试失败原因、生产问题及改进建议方面的技术咨询。
7. Support the development and improvement of footwear testing capabilities, laboratory procedures, technical documents and new services. 支持鞋类测试能力、实验室流程、技术文件及新服务的开发与改进。
8. Provide internal and external technical training, seminars or webinars related to footwear testing, quality requirements and market standards. 提供与鞋类测试、质量要求及市场标准相关的内部和外部培训、研讨会或线上分享。
9. Work closely with laboratory teams, commercial teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction. 与实验室团队、商务团队及客户紧密合作，确保项目顺利交付并提升客户满意度。
10. Complete other assignments given by team leaders or management. 完成团队主管或管理层安排的其他任务。
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in science, materials, textile, chemistry, engineering, footwear technology or other highly relevant disciplines. 本科及以上学历，科学、材料、纺织、化学、工程、鞋类技术或其他高度相关专业。
2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in footwear testing, footwear production, quality assurance, laboratory operation or related technical fields. 至少 5 年鞋类测试、鞋类生产、质量保证、实验室运营或相关技术领域工作经验。
3. Solid knowledge of shoes / footwear physical testing, including common footwear performance, durability, safety and quality-related tests. 熟悉鞋类 / 鞋履物理测试，包括常见的鞋类性能、耐用性、安全性及质量相关测试。
4. Familiar with footwear testing standards and requirements for major global markets, especially EU and US markets. 熟悉全球主要市场的鞋类测试标准及要求，尤其是欧盟和美国市场。
5. Experience in footwear laboratory operation and people management is preferred; candidates with lab manager or team leader experience will be highly preferred. 具备鞋类实验室运营及人员管理经验者优先；具备实验室经理或团队主管经验者更佳。
6. Experience in footwear production, manufacturing process, product quality improvement or failure analysis is a plus. 具备鞋类生产、制造流程、产品质量改进或失效分析经验者优先。
7. Knowledge or experience in textile testing is preferred. 具备纺织品测试知识或相关经验者优先。
8. Good communication skills and problem-solving ability, with the capability to provide practical technical advice to internal teams and clients. 具备良好的沟通能力与问题解决能力，能够为内部团队及客户提供切实可行的技术建议。
9. Good command of written and spoken English; ability to communicate with international clients and review English technical documents. 具备良好的英语读写及口语沟通能力，能够与国际客户沟通并审核英文技术文件。
10. Good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and proactive working attitude. 具备良好的团队合作精神，责任心强，工作细致，积极主动。
11. Candidates with less than 5 years’ experience but strong technical knowledge in footwear testing may be considered for a Footwear Technical Executive / Senior Footwear Engineer position. 经验少于 5 年但具备扎实鞋类测试技术能力的候选人，可考虑鞋类技术主管 / 高级鞋类工程师岗位。
