We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused software R&D Leader to establish and lead a new software development initiative in China for industrial software. This role is critical to expanding our global innovation footprint and will be responsible for building a high-performing local team, aligning with global product strategies, and delivering impactful software solutions tailored for China customers.
Team Formation & Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and develop a new R&D team in China. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
Site Setup & Operations: Lead the operational setup of the China R&D center, including infrastructure, tools, and local compliance in collaboration with HR, IT, and Legal.
Product Development: Drive the development of software components and features for the China market, following AVEVA’s global R&D processed, with a focus on quality, scalability, and performance.
