We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to contribute to our core vision and transform our existing workflows into Agentic AI systems in Manufacturing. You will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to streamline, analyze, and drive complex decisions across our manufacturing processes.
The Manufacturing Design team enables the mass creation of impossible products across Apple's entire product line, from iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. A key enabler of this success is a robust set of intelligent applications and autonomous systems designed to support the product lifecycle from prototype to announcement and beyond.
The applications we build are used daily by the teams managing Apple's supply chain and manufacturing. We collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define and deliver reliable, 24/7 systems that solve complex challenges in producing the highest quality Apple products.

Analyze use cases, craft user stories, and effectively communicate requirements to design and engineering teams.
Work with team to define and prioritize a strategic roadmap, breaking down ambitious objectives into iterative milestones that align business goals, user value, and stakeholder priorities.
Translate a deep empathy for user pain points into delightful, high-quality product experiences.
Present and communicate product decisions, roadmaps, and long-term goals to the product team, stakeholder groups, and organizational leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity using AI tools for rapid prototyping, including building or integrating autonomous code generation, secure code execution environments (sandboxes), and AI-driven software engineering workflows.
Familiar with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, and understand how to match real-world problems with the right technologies.
Familiar with manufacturing processes, consumer product design, and mechanical engineering.
Prior experience integrating AI systems into legacy enterprise systems, hardware manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering data environments.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of industry experience on software product teams (Product, Design, or Engineering), including at least 5+ years specifically in Product Management.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
User-Centric mindset, and the demonstrated ability to define and build intentional product processes that are shared cross-functionally.
Demonstrated ability to craft and effectively communicate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and the ability to inspire the product team to execute upon these artifacts.
Demonstrated use of user research, usability studies, analytics and data to drive business decisions and prioritize, as well as the ability to distill this work quickly into impactful decisions that move the team and product forward.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, and designers, engage in thoughtful and respectful debate, and prioritize among competing needs.
