This role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of production equipment and operational support. As an Equipment Engineer/Technical Supervisor, you will ensure equipment reliability, drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, and support technical upgrades to ensure efficient and stable production operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits.

Manage equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance (PM) activities to maximize equipment uptime and performance.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, equipment records, and traceability documentation.

Support automation projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning activities, and technical documentation.

Utilize HPS (PM & AM modules), SAP, and CILT/CL/AH tools to support equipment management, documentation, and operator training.

Coordinate spare parts inventory and procurement activities.

Perform other assigned duties to support departmental objectives.
- College degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of equipment management experience in FMCG, personal care, or cosmetics manufacturing, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and learning abilities, with a high sense of responsibility.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to read and write English.

Willing to work overtime when required to support urgent production needs.
