We are looking for an exceptional Service Support Technician who can make our customers impressed once again not only with the
functiona| aspects of our products, but also with our services.
- Performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of company product.
- Provides technica| support to customers on operationa| or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
- Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
- Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
- Determines most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
- Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:
- Associates degree or Bachelor equivalent experience preferred.
- None~3 years of related experience.
- Should be able to interact with various people within and outside the service department and customers.
- Should be able to evaluate, test and troubleshoot where standard test procedures are insufficient.
- Should be able to provide technica| support to other technicians when required.
- Should be able to provide feedback on the failure and possible corrective actions.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
