Purpose and Position in Organisation
To provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.

Key Responsibilities
Oversees account-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre-employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification
Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.g., test or referral management, and ad hoc reporting or process review etc.
Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders
Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the immediate team
Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team

We would like to hear from you, if you have:
- 2 years and above previous experience working as an administrator or coordinator
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environment
- Ability to develop and design or improve processes
- Have a track record of delivering solutions and results to meet the demands of a challenging workload
- Natural and confident communicator with a credible personal style.
- Builds great rapport and nurtures sound business relationships
- Can use Mandarin and English language skills in daily work
