The Account Coordinator, Member Relations – Greater China has an overall goal to provide administrative support that drives members’ engagement and regional relevancy requirements.
This role will provide administrative support to the team, managing the day-to-day service and support requirements. This includes developing and maintaining member and product reports and data, managing department communications and materials, assisting in enhancing training attendance and content delivery, and providing overall administrative account support.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide outstanding customer service and account management support for team as appropriate. Manage and respond to questions/issues/inquiries from Members. Collaborate with team to align their growth and profitability plans with Virtuoso’s sales, professional development and marketing programs. Supports network visits as needed.

Proactive servicing to specified Members with a focus on engagement and ensuring Member Agencies are effectively utilizing Virtuoso resources, engaging with preferred suppliers, and participating in Virtuoso meetings.

Member Communications:

Support in the development and maintain documentation, collateral and presentations for sales calls and events.

Coordinate with team in supporting marketing campaigns and customized messages to agency owners/managers and advisors.

Develop, manage, and maintain distribution list for all regional communications.

Support team in maintaining relationship with agency owners, managers and advisors in order to effectively communicate member needs to the Virtuoso organization.

Actively support the engagement of members through programs such as focus groups, interactive sessions, and in agency meetings. Assist in conducting research and surveys with Members, and create supporting reports to provide information needed for developing meeting agendas and content, program recommendations and database audit.

Provide feedback from Members to help Virtuoso departments adapt services, benefits, and products needed to fulfill Member and consumer needs.

Support internal communications between PD and regional team to ensure the content delivery is aligned with annual playbook.
Educational and Skills Requirements:

College degree in Business in a related field preferred

Minimum 3 years related experience; travel industry experience highly desired

Highly proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Travel Requirements:
