Intern - AI Agent Development
- Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and stakeholder feedback.

- Support the development and optimization of PLDM (Product Lifecycle & Development Management) process management tools.
- Work with domain experts to translate business requirements into flexible, maintainable, and user-friendly workflow solutions.
Enable more efficient and standardized business operations by leveraging AI to improve process management, knowledge organization, and decision support.
You will collaborate with business leaders, product development teams, quality experts, project managers, and process owners across multiple functions.

- Experience Experience in business analysis, process mapping, workflow management, or digital transformation projects through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Skills Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, AI-assisted knowledge management, and familiarity with process modeling tools.
- Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Management, or a related discipline.
