职位描述
作为TI的制造部生产主管,你是生产运作的掌控者,数据的分析师,产品质量和产量的执行者,各个部门的协调者,你将:
带领一线生产团队完成生产目标,使命必达,共同成长
进行生产现场管理、人员安排与班次协调
实时跟进生产计划执行、产能达成状况、与工程/品管/技术等部门合作解决产品和生产相关问题
参与TI成都和TI全球工厂的各种项目,实现生产效率提升、制造成本降低与生产交期改善
有机会参与或者领导工厂自动化项目
Qualifications
我们在寻找
2027届毕业生(25-26届毕业生,工作经验少于24个月也可投递),本科/硕士学历,理工科专业
对半导体行业有热情,对芯片制造感兴趣
能适应工厂工作节奏,能接受无尘车间工作环境和上二休二的倒班模式
良好的组织、沟通、协调能力和抗压能力
具备强烈的责任感和团队精神
能够用英语读写交流,熟练使用Excel,PowerPoint等办公软件
加分项:社团领导社会活动组织经验;基本软件编程能力
