Your Job

Reconciliation of actual PO from CMs vs. OEM forecast so that the plant knows what to build.
End-to-End Supply assurance by validating CMs demand vs. OEM's forecast and drive the supply chain (Supply Planning and Plant Planning) to meet those demands against Molex quoted or published LT (including logistics).
Become point of escalation of assigned OEM for both internal and external whenever there is supply delinquent and big fluctuation of demand, set/attend conference call until issue resolved.
Coordinate with sales to maximize the billing, work with customers to ship stock where and when available.

What You Will Do

Support standard sample request from Sales (where and when other method/functional team cannot fullfil), pre-production order, follow up manual invoice, MM creation and trigger change of Customer Master's ShipTo creation to sales system support upon approval where no sales admin available.
Meet / Exceed customers' expectation in term of order acknowledgement, order rescheduling, supply confirmation, deliver management (including special label, COC, etc.) with accurate information and not exceed target turnaround time by coordinating with CM's CSR (if any), GCE, IP, Supply Chain Hub and logistics.
Flag as soon as possible the LT gap between quoted LT and system LT for key parts in order to meet the quoted LT to Customer. In case that there is capacity constraint and BU has no plans to increase capacity, will work with respective CM CSR/sales and supply chain for best supply option, where applicable ex. advance build, risk buy, allocation.
Understand customer's service and delivery score/matrix and drive the execution to get the best score.
Review backlog order and follow up the supply from plant to clear all backlog.
Escalate to supervisor and inform related stakeholder if the issue become critical.
Manage customer disputes such as invoice misalignment, HS code mismatch, credit dispute, process CN/DN, scrap allowance, QN & RMA process support.
Joint call with sales engineer as appropriate to establish better relationship and understand customer requirement.

- Product packaging details
- Waterfall chart
- Work with sales & plant/IP for any tariff or entity list issue.
- Follow all ISO requirements and support all audits as required.
- Propose and work on Premium fees as appropriate
- Service demand process
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

College degree or above
With 3 ~ 5 years in Customer service, sales support, purchasing or material planning.
Experience with SAP, Proficient English speaking, writing.
Working experience in electronic industry is preferable
