Position Summary
This HR Generalist is to take charge of employee recruitment/hiring process, orientation, open communication culture, employee Engagement and empowerment, and critical Admin projects/ customers and leaders’ visit.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Hiring: work with depts. in PC planning and recruitment to get the right candidates/labor force to support business growth. Support employee onboarding process and probation management.
Hourly Temp management: Own temp employees hiring and full life cycle coordination and managing 3rd Party labor agency with timely labor force supply.
Orientation and Training: Coordinate new employee onboarding process, orientation and site training plans execution.
Open Communication Culture: build and maintain a good employee relationship throughout the organization, coordinate effective means of communication between management and employees to facilitate mutual understanding and open communication culture.
Employee Engagement: Coordinate engagement survey cycled process and lead engagement star point HPT to ensure good employee experience.
High Performance Team (HPT) culture: promote HPT culture and enhance engagement and empowerment under the supervision of HR Manager.

HR Policy/Process & Service: Monitor the implementation of HR policies. Make sure all the HR activities follow the right processes. Provide consultancy to employees on HR related issues.

Responsible for routine employee grievances, working with functional and operational leaders to handle ER cases.

Identify the local needs to define and propose professional HR solutions to support business.
Conduct HR reporting and analytics, as needed.
Take charge of audits with HR related, including ISO90001, customer audits, RBA, etc.
Lead critical admin projects and critical customers/leaders’ visit together with Admin team members, etc.
Others that are assigned by leaders.
Qualifications
Qualifications
BS Degree or above, major in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline preferred
4+ years of HRBP experience in manufacturing environment. Familiar with recruitment is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and common office systems/tools.
Good interpersonal skills, influence skills, coordination skills and learning agility.
Good sense of customer-oriented service and hands-on attitude.
Problem-solving and growth mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good oral English skills.
