- Support Molex MPS plants in China region, project management during New Product Introduction (NPI).
支持 Molex 集团 MPS 事业部在中国区域公司新产品导入项目管理。
- Support the company and its affiliates in Suzhou.
协助本公司在苏州关联公司
- Establish project team after business award and implement AQP or develop process from kick off to project launch.
在赢得业务机会后,组织建立项目团队,按照 AQP 或者开发流程的要求实施新项目导入直至规模量产。
- Primary interface with customer leadership for an extremely dynamic, fast-moving program. strong executive level communication and "buffering" to keep the project team focused on execution.
引导与客户的前期对接,并敏捷跟进,通过有效的执行和沟通来带领项目团队实现目标。
- Program risk and resource management.
项目风险 及资源 管理。
- Maintain Program adherence to regulations and quality requirements.
保持项目遵守相关法律法规和质量要求。
- Ensure appropriate processes, tools and methodologies are applied effectively.
确保适当的项目管理流程,工具和方法得到有效应用。
- Follow EHS related laws, regulations and company's EHS related management regulations, timely report potential risk, and propose safety improvement suggestions; For management position, be responsible for EHS management of the department/team.
遵守环境和职业健康安全相关法律法规,遵守公司环境和职业健康安全相关管理规定,及时上报身边安全隐患,并提出安全改进建议;若为管理岗位,需负责本部门,团队的环境和职业健康安全管理。

Function Demands
岗位要求
Required 必需: Bachelor 本科
Preferred 优先: Master 硕士
Required 必需:
- Fluent English in both written and spoken , good communication and negotiation skills.
良好的英文 口语和书面沟通, 良好的沟通协商技能。
Preferred 优先:
PMP 资格认证 。
Required 必需:
- At least 5 year experience in project management.
至少 5 年以上的项目管理或相关的工作经验 。
Preferred 优先:
- Medical project management experience.
医疗项目管理经验 。
- Injection m olding or automation experience
注塑模具或自动化经验
