CONTEXT OF THE POSITION
This position aims to serve R&D business activities and action plans, the intern’s contribution will bring fresh and differentiated innovative mindset and academic value of new tech tendency to Airbus R&D centre.
- Event Coordination & Logistics: Lead the logistical planning and execution of internal and external events, including seminars, workshops, and networking sessions. This includes managing event timelines, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing on-site setup and takedown.
- Promotional Support: Help draft and distribute event invitations, manage attendee registration, and promote events through internal and external communication channels.
- Event Data Management: Maintain and update registration databases related to our R&D summit from the back office.
- Post-Event Analysis: Help gather feedback and compile reports on event success metrics to inform future planning.
- GM Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents and materials.
- Bilingual Text and Translation Work: Translate internal and external documents, reports, presentations, and emails between English and Chinese. Ensure the accuracy and professionalism of all translated materials, including technical documents, business reports, and external communications.
- General Operations Support: Assist with the daily administrative tasks of the R&D centre as needed.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We expect our intern to be accountable for their contributions, understanding that their work directly supports the General Manager and the entire team. This means consistently delivering high-quality work and communicating clearly about progress and challenges.

QUALIFICATION
ABILITIES:
l Bilingual English/Chinese translation skills.
l Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
