Your Job

Lead the maintenance engineering function to ensure equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.

Drive continuous improvement of equipment OEE/POEE.

Support new equipment introduction, transfer, commissioning, and optimization.

Develop maintenance systems, standards, and team capability.

Overall people develop plan

What You Will Do

Lead daily maintenance engineering activities to ensure stable operations.

Drive equipment reliability, uptime, quality, and productivity improvements.

Manage equipment, tooling, and spare parts maintenance programs.

Lead equipment safety risk assessments and EHS compliance.

Support NPI and new project equipment launch activities.

Develop maintenance strategies, TPM, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs.

Train, coach, and develop maintenance engineers and technicians.

Manage maintenance budgets, capital equipment plans, and cost optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Production, Quality, and Suppliers to improve manufacturing capability.

Promote PBM culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Strong mechanical system knowledge and practical equipment troubleshooting skills.
Rapid fault diagnosis and root cause analysis capability.
Knowledge of PLC, sensors, pneumatic systems, servo systems, and machine controls.
Ability to perform engineering analysis and solve complex equipment issues.
Knowledge of TPM, OEE/POEE, 5 Why, 8D, DMAIC, and Lean Manufacturing.
Familiarity with 2D/3D software applications.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong ownership and execution capability.
