What you’ll do:

Responsible for driving profitable sales growth of Eaton Filtration solutions across Data Center, Semiconductor, PCB/IC Substrate, Electronics Manufacturing, Battery, Specialty Chemical and other strategic industrial market segments, with primary coverage of Shenzhen, the Greater Bay Area and South China. Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, equipment manufacturers, end users, engineering companies, system integrators, distributors and other key industry stakeholders. Deliver value-based filtration solutions by leveraging Eaton's application expertise, technical capabilities, localization strategy and global customer network to achieve sales targets, expand market penetration, drive specification activities and maximize profitable growth.
Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with annual growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
Identify, qualify, and manage project opportunities through the sales funnel to achieve target conversion rates and revenue growth.
Promote Eaton filtration solutions through customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations and training activities.
Provide technical and commercial support to OEMs, distributors, engineering companies and end users to identify optimal filtration solutions based on customer application requirements.
Collaborate with Application Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Develop and expand distribution channels within assigned regions to improve market coverage and increase sales opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging industry developments, and develop action plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate competitive threats.
Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing recommendations and business cases in accordance with Eaton policies and profitability objectives.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking and CRM updates to support business planning and resource allocation.
Drive specification activities at OEMs, design institutes and engineering companies to increase Eaton product adoption.
Support new product introductions, localization initiatives and strategic growth programs.
Prepare monthly business reports, opportunity reviews and sales performance updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science or related disciplines. Preferred backgrounds include Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation, Process Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
3-5 years of sales, application engineering or business development experience in industrial markets, with demonstrated success in developing new opportunities, managing project-based sales and achieving profitable growth
Practical knowledge of industrial filtration, process equipment, date center, chemical processing, semiconductor, PCB/IC substrate, battery manufacturing or related process industries. Experience with OEMs, equipment manufacturers or industrial end users is preferred.
Experience working with OEMs, distributors and project-based sales environments.
Strong understanding of Value Selling methodology with the ability to identify customer pain points, quantify business value, develop differentiated value propositions and articulate total cost of ownership (TCO) benefits.
Experience working with OEMs, distributors and project-based sales environments.
Teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Application Engineering, Product Management, Operations and Customer Service functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial negotiation skills.
Knowledge of opportunity management, project funnel development via Sales force.
Proficient in utilizing AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement and business productivity.
Frequent customer travel across China is required.
Maintain close collaboration with regional and global Eaton teams to leverage best practices and global account opportunities.
Support strategic initiatives including localization projects, new product promotion and key account management
Gather, analyze and leverage market intelligence, customer insights and competitive information to support strategic planning, business growth and opportunity development.
