2. 来料质量管理与问题解决（ Incoming Quality Control & Problem Solving ）
3. 先期产品质量策划（ APQP ）
与供应商协作开展 APQP 活动。
审核并批准关键质量文件，包括：
FMEA （失效模式与影响分析）
Control Plan （控制计划）
PPAP （生产件批准程序）等。
4. 供应商绩效监控与关系管理（ Performance Monitoring & Relationship Management ）
5. 图纸与技术规范审核（ Drawing & Specification Review ）
6. 出差要求
