The Recruiter serves as a talent acquisition specialist, primarily for the company recruiting efforts, leadership development programs, entry to mid-level salaried positions, focus on Sales and Marketing, and other HR projects as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs full cycle recruiting for sales and marketing positions across Asia, including intake discussion, sourcing strategy, screening and offer management.

Leverages leading edge recruiting sources, channel and tools to proactively identify candidates.

Presents employment offers by selling organization values, strengths, and opportunities.

Forms partnerships with a number of targeted universities to identify and develop best in class college recruiting strategies.

Maintains relationships with business networks and professional organizations to gain knowledge,obtain referrals and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Researches current recruiting best practices, methods and processes to proactively recommend process changes.

Maintains thorough documentation of requisition status, candidates considered and selection decisions. Develops expertise in company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maximize its benefits.

Responsible for onboarding support, leave management, intern hiring and records in regional headquarters office.

May perform other HR projects and activities as assigned.
5+ years working experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferable within Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemicals or related sectors.
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred, like SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar system
Skills and Certifications:
Strong expertise in direct sourcing with demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated, highly initiate, result driven and team player
Proficient in English
