Job Responsibilities
You will be part of the Polymer Capital’s Human Capital team to handle HR Operations, accountable for the successful delivery of full spectrum of human resource tasks. To achieve this, you will work closely with the Human Capital team to deliver on key objectives.

Manage and execute day to day administrative and operational HR tasks.
- Independently responsible for monthly payroll process and annual tax income reporting.

Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes including due diligence reference calls.

Provide support to employees in various HC related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may rise.

Spearheading HR policies to ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Exploring and cleaning up data to prepare high-quality data.
- Ideate and collaborate with teams on HC projects
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistic, or Finance

Proven experience as a HR Generalist, experience in Finance related industry is preferred

Mora than 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Operation with payroll experience in China.

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

Good knowledge of China employment/labor laws

Excellent analytical skills with data literacy, expert Excel skills

Professional and demonstrates integrity at all times

Good command of spoken and written in English
