主要职责一、上海现场设施运营(工作占比约 20%)• 带领厂务团队开展日常巡检,保障设施设备正常运行
- 制定上海现场设施维护 PPM(预防性维护)计划提交审核,并落实
- 统筹日常综合维修及现场 PM 管理
- 管理上海现场供应商施工,监督服务交付质量
- 推进全国能源管理及节能减排方案的落实
- 组织应急预案演练,保障突发情况下的快速响应
- 为测试机台配套设施提供技术支持与保障的管理
- 配合 Soft-FC 管理上海办公室及实验室的现场 FM 运营
二、全国实验室运营管理(工作占比约 20%)• 作为全国公共实验室管理负责人,统筹各站点的实验室设备管理工作
- 制定并推行实验室安全管理标准,定期组织安全检查
- 提供一般测试机台的远程操作支持,保障生产连续性
- 统一管理全国实验室台账、库房及耗材流转
- 监督 SOP 在各实验室的执行情况,推动标准化落地
- 配合完成各类内外部审计工作,确保合规达标
三、全国工程技术支持(工作占比约 30%)与苏州工程师形成互补关系,上海工程主管主导标准化建设与体系梳理,苏州工程师主导工程实施,共同参与方案审核与技术评审。

具体工作内容包括但不限于:标准化建设方向(主导)
- 在工程经理的牵头下建立工程运维标准化体系,覆盖 PPM 标准、PM 项目标准、巡检标准
- 在工程经理的牵头下编制并持续完善工程 SOP,推动各站点统一执行
- 在FM经理和工程经理的牵头下建立供应商评价与管理标准,提升供应链服务水平
- 在FM经理和工程经理的牵头下梳理并优化 EHS 管理流程,强化安全管控闭环
技术支持方向(配合与参与)
- 参与新建及改造项目的方案审核与技术评审
- 参与跨站点工程项目的风险评估与控制
- 参加全国工程会议,协同推进跨区域工程事项
四、其他工作• 协助工程经理完成全国各项工作任务的细化分解与节点跟进
- 远程管理异地办公室及实验室的一线技术人员
- 完成上级交办的其他工作
任职资格教育背景• 大专及以上学历,机电工程、强电弱电、暖通空调等相关专业优先
工作经验• 5 年以上 FM(设施管理)工程及项目管理经验
- 有大型外资企业园区或实验室设施管理经验者优先
- 有团队管理或跨区域工程协调经验者优先
专业技能• 熟悉设施设备全生命周期管理体系及 PPM 计划的编制与执行
- 了解弱电系统、暖通空调、小改造项目的基本原理及管理要点
- 掌握 EHS 管理体系知识,具备安全培训及供应商安全审核实操经验
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint),CAD图纸审图和改图
- 具备良好的数据分析与报告撰写能力
证书要求• 必须持有效电工证(低压或高压均可)
综合素质• 优秀的沟通协调能力与跨部门协作意识
- 具备独立分析与解决问题能力,能在压力下妥善处理突发事件
- 责任心强、注重细节、结果导向,兼具执行力和全局视野
- 具备一定英语读写能力者优先考虑
工作条件• 标准办公时间,驻场办公室工作环境
- 可根据工作需要安排加班及紧急情况响应
- 能接受中国境内短期出差
