Key Responsibilities
1·Execute sales strategies and annual plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
2·Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
3·Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance.
4·Support the sales team with product knowledge, sales guidance, and on-the-job training to enhance overall effectiveness.
5·Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to sales, logistics, or customer service.
Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
1·Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2· 5+ years of sales experience in relevant industries such as medical devices, optics, or related sectors.
3·Strong skills in sales planning, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
4·Results-driven, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently.
5·Excellent communication, coordination, and training abilities.
6·Willingness to travel as needed.
