POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of electrical and control systems for municipal wastewater treatment projects. Works closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver compliant, cost-effective electrical solutions across the full project lifecycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for providing expert engineering work and analysis for the design and implementation of technical products and systems

Responsible for the design and approval of electric drawings for projects/products, such as Panel outline drawing, MCC&PLC panel drawing, electrical schematics, One Line diagram, cable routing & layout, electrical connection & wiring diagram etc.

Responsible for the preparation of HMI and programing, at least familiar with the programming of Siemens series touch screen and WINCC supervisory. Can complete the programming work independently, can verify the supplier programming bug

Responsible for the design of I/O list, Alarm list and cable list.

Responsible for Selecting Electrical Components. For PLC panel, Power distribution panel, Motor Corral Panel, Junction box, cable, cable tray, instrumentation, and Making data sheet or Specification for purchase. Quotation of the panel.

Familiar with municipal wastewater process, responsible for PLC and HMI FAT, commissioning, trouble shooting at plant and project site

Responsible for planning and self-monitoring daily engineering and design work assignments.

Attend to factory acceptance test at Supplier’s premises and commissioning on site.

Provide engineering advice and support to proposal, engineers, Project Managers, and customer service personnel, Represents the company for outside customer discussions and technical reviews.

Lead approval of international standards like CE and UL for electrical cabinets and company products.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelors in engineering (Electrical) with 7-10 years’ work experience.

Experience in electrical and control cabinet design up to at least 200 Amps, at least familiar with Siemens product design.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Electrical AutoCAD.

Ability to complete all kinds of electrical drawings independently.

Ability to complete programming of touch screen and WINCC supervisory independently

Ability to complete PLC&HMI FAT, commissioning and trouble shooting
-
Good command of English.

Experience in achieving foreign standards (CE, UL) is preferred.

Willing to travel.
