Execution and troubleshooting of Technology validation DoE, full process stations, process improving and maintenance, especially in NPI phase.
- Provide technical support for full processing station to solve the major problems rising in production on time.
- Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/ supervisors receive enough help when they need.
- Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products.
- Monitoring the process is implemented correctly as required.
- Rectify any wrong operation and process.
- Stabilization the process conditions. Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency.
- Assist production to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down.
- Ensure technical operation and documents are implemented well to production.
- Investigate the assigned process defect causes and work out the best solution.
- Dig out the root cause and follow up with corrective actions.
- Assist other process engineers to implement the process
- Test when need. Maintain up to date information about practices and improvements in process and program.
