Responsibilities主要工作职责
1.Execute full sample management workflows in compliance with the latest approved global sample management documents, local internal standards and defined Compass role requirements at TRGD.
严格按照德国莱茵 TUV GD 分公司最新获批全球样品管理文件、本地规范及 Compass 系统角色要求，完整执行全套样品管理流程。
2.Complete end-to-end sample logistics work including sample receiving, registration, storage putaway, internal dispatch, transportation & distribution, and client sample return, as well as other ad-hoc warehouse assignments.
完成样品全流程物流作业，包含样品接收、登记、上架入库、内部分发、运输配送、客户样品退回及其他仓库临时交办工作。
3.Provide auxiliary support for sample scrap disposal preparation and periodic warehouse sample stocktaking activities.
为样品报废处置筹备工作及定期仓库样品盘点提供配套协助。
4.Assist with data entry, modification and real-time updates within the Test Samples Logistics module of the Compass system.
协助维护 Compass 系统测试样品物流模块内的数据，完成录入、修改与实时更新。
5. Regularly inspect warehouse anti-theft systems, fire safety facilities and waterproof equipment to keep the warehouse a clean, safe and secured working environment.
定期巡检仓库防盗系统、消防器材及防水设备，维持仓库整洁、安全、可靠的作业环境。
6.Carry out regular 5S+1 self-assessment and implement standardized safety management measures for the warehouse area.
定期开展库区 5S+1 自查工作，并落实仓库标准化安全管控举措。
7.Respond and resolve all sample-related inquiries received via warehouse hotline and official email within the scope of approved official procedures.
在已审批流程范围内，处理仓库热线、官方邮箱收到的全部样品相关咨询并予以答复。
8.Receive and fully complete all work tasks arranged and assigned by the direct supervisor on schedule.
承接直线主管下达的各项工作安排，并按时保质完成分配任务。
Job Qualifications & Requirements 任职要求
1.Possess sound personal qualities including diligence, integrity, proactive working attitude, strong communication capability and excellent teamwork awareness.
具备勤奋踏实、诚实守信、工作主动、沟通良好、富有团队协作意识的个人素养。
2.Be proficient in daily office software of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

3.Have basic reading and comprehension ability for written English to handle daily work documents.
具备基础英文书面读写理解能力，可处理日常英文工作文件。
