Summary/Objective 概述/目的
Oversee the overall development of production technical systems, non-standard equipment R&D, production line automation upgrading, production engineer team management, and the implementation of technical renovation projects. Lead technical problem-solving, process optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and technical standardization construction. Serve as the core management role responsible for the planning, implementation, and iterative upgrading of factory automation technologies, supporting the company’s production capacity expansion, quality improvement, and intelligent manufacturing development.
全面统筹工厂技术体系搭建、非标设备研发、产线自动化升级、生产工程团队管理、技改项目统筹落地，主导技术攻坚、工艺优化、降本增效及技术标准化建设，是公司自动化技术规划、落地、迭代升级的核心管理岗位，支撑公司产能提升、品质优化与智能化生产发展。
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

Base on Operation Themes - establish practical, measurable and deliverables action plans and performance metrics, e.g., KPIs. Ensure best services to internal and external customers.

Take overall charge of non-standard automation new projects, production line upgrading projects, and equipment renovation projects for connectors. Lead pre-project feasibility evaluation, final review of technical solutions, cost estimation, risk assessment, and progress control.
全面负责公司各类非标自动化新项目、产线升级项目、设备改造项目的整体统筹，主导项目前期可行性评估、技术方案终审、成本核算、风险评估与整体进度管控。

Oversee the entire NPI automation introduction process for new products. Cooperate with vendor/engineer dept, process, quality, and production departments to establish mass production automation standards, resolve core technical difficulties, and ensure new product/machines mass production ramp-up.
统筹新项目NPI自动化导入全流程，联动供应商/工程部、工艺、品质、生产部门，建立新品自动化量产标准，解决新品量产核心技术难题，保障新产品/设备快速爬坡量产

Lead technical breakthroughs for key projects, resolve core technical difficulties and cross-departmental collaboration barriers during project execution, and ensure all automation projects are delivered on schedule, with qualified quality and controlled costs.
统筹重大项目技术攻坚，处理项目推进中的核心技术难题、跨部门协作壁垒，保障所有自动化项目按期、保质、低成本落地

Lead factory-wide automation rate improvement, manual station replacement, process integration, and fixture iterative optimization. Continuously enhance equipment OEE and capacity utilization, and reduce labor costs and equipment maintenance costs.
主导全厂产线自动化率提升、人工工位替代、工序整合、工装治具迭代优化工作，持续优化设备OEE、产能利用率，降低生产人工成本与设备运维成本

Lead and make sure follow Samtec ASC and PM system, and optimization of the company’s automation technical standard system requirements, included equipment SOP, PM documents, spare parts, and standardized technicians and production training
领导并确保遵循Samtec ASC和PM系统，优化公司自动化技术标准体系要求，包括设备SOP， PM文件，备件，标准化技术人员和生产培训

Support customer audits and system certification audits. Prepare relevant technical documents, equipment management records, and improvement achievement materials to ensure smooth audit passing
负责对接客户、第三方审核机构，统筹准备自动化技术资料、设备管控资料、改善成果资料，顺利通过客户审核、体系审核、工厂稽核

People development - Upgrade & elevate abilities and skills of technician/engineers through specialized technology training, on the job training and cross training.

Required Experience 工作经验要求

8 years Connectors industry experience, 3 years technical management experience.
八年以上连接器行业工作经验，3年以上技术团队管理工作经验

Familiar with connector product knowledge and manufacturing process.
熟悉连接器产品工艺结构以及制造工艺
- Familiar with automation machine components, mechanism, control and feedback theory, process engineering.
熟悉自动化机器组件、工装夹具等机械装置、自动控制技术和反馈原理以及制程工艺
- Strong knowledge about NPI project.

6.Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.

7.Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.

8.Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations. May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear). May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).
