Your role and responsibilities
- Providing technical support to OEM channel sales with confidence and professionalism in the quotation process.
- Proposing technical solutions for complex enquiries by coordinating with internal functions such as R&D, SCM, production support team, etc.
- Coordinating technical clarification during the order hand over procedure.
- Sign general technical agreement with OEM channel customers and carry out continuous maintenance.
- Giving product suggestions, technical and experienced inputs to product management team and R&D.
- Developing and implementing technical training for employees and sales organization.
- Visit customers from time to time and communicate with them.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor or above, major in electrical engineer, automation or other related.
- More than 3 years’ experience about mechanical design.
- Have the knowledge of electrical machine. Familiar with the process of manufacture.
- Familiar with electromagnetic design of electrical machine.
- Good mechanical technology background.
- Have knowledge in machining, sheet steel, casting, welding, stamping, surface treatment manufacturing process.
- Strong ability to solve the problem.
- Good English.
