职责:
负责检修产品的新项目技术开发,参与检修规程制定/修订;
制定检修技术方案,与客户签订检修技术协议,技术响应表;冷却系统中部件检修方案的制定及开发(最小可维护单元),检修产品寿命分析; 例如水泵、风机、电机、浮球开关检修BOM以及必偶换件的定义;
负责组织检修项目中客户及内部的设计变更与评审;
指导和培训售后服务人员现场操作及对新策划检修产品的培训及维护手册的编写与更新;
负责客户端产品备品备件的技术支持(包括检修成品备件)配合客户的PHM诊断系统开发需求工作;
客户现场及属地修技术支持接口负责客户端的技术支持或现场交流;
根据需求承担相应的问题解决职责,参与客户投诉、内部NCR小组解决问题参与新造项目各设计阶段的评审,提供检修、可维护性、LCC相关建议;
任职要求:
5年以上铁路检修工作经验者优先
有项目管理或与客户交流相关经验
了解风机、水泵、热交换器工作原理和制造工艺
有8D,DFMEA,FMECA,故障树分析,RAMS应用经验
良好的英语读写能力
良好的理解和沟通协调能力
