Project Coordinator
Your Task:
Act and perform according to the Quality Policy;
Responsible for GMA project application and follow up, documents check and delivery in a timely manner together with Project Manager’s cooperation.
Responsible for GMA projects among sales, project engineers and CS / Customer during the whole process.
Answer all customers (internal and external) inquiry regarding GMA project status and other inquiry.
Inform supervisor if any problems incur making it not possible to reach the target as set out in the job description or performance planning;
Develop general and technical knowledge by actively participating in training, discussion and meetings;
Collect and consolidate GMA information;

Your Qualification:
College degree or above;
At least 1 year working experience in foreign company is preferred;
Technical background of electrical engineering is preferred;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Customer-oriented and able to work independently;
Hardworking, Self-motivated, and have a mind-set of team work;
7. Fluent in written and oral English & Chinese;
