Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist (Smart Sensing & Prediction) to drive innovation at the intersection of advanced sensing, AI and system integration. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct applied research and development on sensing, prediction, and intelligent monitoring solutions.
开展感知、预测及智能监测相关的应用研究与技术开发。
- Develop signal processing, modeling, and algorithmic solutions for environment- and sensor-related applications.
面向环境与传感相关应用，开发信号处理、建模与算法方案。
- Support projects related to environmental risk assessment, condition monitoring, and classification tasks in indoor scenarios.
支持室内场景下与环境风险评估、状态监测及分类任务相关的项目开发。
- Explore the use of multi-source sensing information, including environmental and wireless signals, to improve system performance and robustness.
探索利用多源感知信息（包括环境信号和无线信号）提升系统性能与鲁棒性。
- Contribute to the development of prediction and classification functions for practical sensing applications, including tasks such as risk detection and presence/empty recognition.
参与面向实际感知应用的预测与分类功能开发，包括风险检测、presence/empty 识别等任务。
- Prototype and evaluate sensing solutions in relevant application scenarios.
在相关应用场景中完成感知方案的原型开发与验证。
- Design and implement embedded solutions for data acquisition, processing, and deployment of algorithmic functions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into practical solutions and product features.

- Support data collection, testing, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of algorithms and prototypes.

- Contribute to technical documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and project communication.

Qualifications
Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Signal Processing, Automation, Wireless Communications, or related fields.
拥有电子工程、计算机科学、信号处理、自动化、无线通信或相关领域的硕士或博士学位。
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: sensing systems, algorithm development, signal processing, predictive modeling, embedded development, or intelligent connected systems.
在以下一个或多个方向具备相关经验：感知系统、算法开发、信号处理、预测建模、嵌入式开发或智能互联系统。
- Familiarity with sensor-based data analysis and model development.

- Understanding of how multiple data sources can be incorporated into prediction or monitoring systems.

- Strong programming skills and experience with common tools for data analysis and algorithm development.

- Hands-on experience in embedded software or system development is preferred.

- Ability to work independently on technical problem solving and collaborate effectively across teams.
