职位描述:
作为TI的生产计划工程师,你将:
参与产品的制造计划与管理的各个方面,运用高效的方式,与TI全球商业部门,技术部门以及其他各职能部门合作,统筹客户订单和生产制造过程以确保满足客户交货需求;负责执行和协调不同生产阶段产品的生产规划和调度工作,根据生产计划表,确定材料和产能的要求,同时需详细的记录各个生产参数,包括所有的生产状态和出货时间,不断优化生产计划。
具体职责:
- 收集总部划分的生产需求,并交付出货计划
- 协助生产计划制定、排产、跟进与进度管控
- 学习半导体行业生产计划体系、ERP系统操作与订单管理
- 负责生产数据收集、报表制作、订单状态跟踪与更新
- 快速响应客户的需求,(包括紧急产品调控,报表制度,优先级安排等)
- 当生产线出现异常情况,需与其它部门(工程部,物流,质量部门)协调来解决,以确保生产计划按时完成。
Qualifications
我们在寻找:
- 2027届毕业生(25-26届毕业生,工作经验少于24个月也可投递),本科/硕士学历,理工科专业(工业工程,物流等专业优先)
- 积极主动地处理问题,有强烈的责任感
- 良好的时间管理能力,保证项目按时完成
- 具备良好逻辑思维与问题分析能力
- 熟练使用Excel,具备数据处理、逻辑思维与计划意识
- 细心严谨,沟通协调能力强
- 良好的英文听说能力
