What you´ll do

Business Analysis & Diagnosis:
- Develop and execute integrated GTM plans for NPD, including defining channel strategy, media & social roadmap, channel support framework, and full campaign timeline aligned with business KPIs.
- Lead post-launch business reviews (N1, N3, N6) for NPD and campaigns, conduct multi-dimensional data analysis (sales performance, channel penetration, consumer insights) to diagnose growth gaps, and deliver actionable optimization strategies.
- Formulate end-of-life inventory clearance plans for legacy SKUs, diagnose root causes of slow-moving stock, and design targeted solutions to improve inventory turnover and channel health.
B2B Experience & Partner Management:
- Design and build end-to-end salon ecosystem programs, including salon service menu & pricing strategy, salon tool prototyping & production, to elevate B2B partner service capabilities and average transaction value (ATV).
- Own NPD launch training programs for internal teams, channel distributors, and salon technicians, develop standardized training materials to ensure consistent delivery of brand expertise and service standards.
- Establish a full-lifecycle B2B customer management system, operationalize best practices for partner collaboration, and drive long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Channel Management:
- Develop and execute channel listing strategies across all professional channels (salons, distributors), design listing packages (including promotion mechanics, POSM, GWP) to drive new product penetration and sell-through.
- Oversee end-to-end launch material management: POSM/leaflet prototyping & production, campaign-specific POSM/GWP customization, channel asset/copywriting development, and design extension to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery across all channels.
- Manage launch/phase-out announcement workflows, final material sign-off, and cross-channel execution plans to ensure seamless, unified rollout.
- Leverage deep trade marketing expertise to optimize channel terms, trade terms, and promotional policies, balancing brand profitability and channel incentive for sustainable growth.
Beauty Sense & Brand Aesthetic Leadership:
- Uphold premium professional beauty aesthetic standards across all touchpoints: salon menu design, POSM, GWP, channel assets, and social content, ensuring consistent, elevated brand visual identity.
- Participate in NPD packaging, salon tool, and gift design reviews, leveraging consumer-centric beauty insight to elevate product presentation and brand desirability.
- Iterate campaign creative in line with industry trends and brand positioning, delivering premium, beauty-forward marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand’s professional authority.

What makes you a good fit

Business Acumen & Analysis: Strong data literacy to diagnose business performance and drive data-backed decisions.
B2B Expertise: Deep understanding of professional line B2B (salon/distributor) operations, with hands-on experience in B2B partner management, training system development, and salon program execution.
Channel : 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred, with expertise in end-to-end channel management, listing processes, promotional strategy, and channel enablement. Proven experience in FMCG/beauty trade marketing is a strong plus.
Beauty Aesthetic: Exceptional premium beauty taste and insight, with a deep understanding of professional beauty (haircare/skincare) products, services, and visual language to own end-to-end brand aesthetic.
