RaySearch Laboratories develops innovative software solutions that improve cancer treatment around the world. Our products are used by leading cancer centers globally and support healthcare professionals in delivering advanced radiation therapy and oncology care. We are now looking for a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing customer relationships, and expanding RaySearch's presence across the Chinese market. The position can be based in one of China's major cities, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or another key commercial hub.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales, business development, customer satisfaction, and channel development within your assigned territory. You will work closely with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and understanding customer needs to contract negotiations, tender management, implementation follow-up, and long-term relationship management.
You will collaborate with colleagues across RaySearch and play an active role in developing and executing regional sales and marketing initiatives. The position requires frequent travel within the territory and participation in industry conferences and customer meetings.

Drive direct sales activities and business development within the assigned territory.

Develop and execute sales plans aligned with regional business objectives.

Meet quarterly and annual sales targets in collaboration with the Regional Business Director.

Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective customers.

Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Prepare quotations and manage tender, procurement, and contract negotiation processes through to successful closure.

Coordinate with clinical, technical, and support teams throughout the sales process.

Maintain accurate documentation of customers, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.

Participate in national and international conferences, seminars, and industry events.

Deliver a high level of after-sales support and customer follow-up.

Contribute market insights and customer feedback to support product and business development.

Develop and manage relationships with distributors, partners, and OEM channels, including the identification, onboarding, and performance management of channel partners.

Drive indirect sales through distributors and OEM partners, aligning channel activities with regional sales objectives.

Provide channel partners with product training, sales support, and marketing resources to maximise sales performance.

Coordinate channel tender projects, resolve channel conflicts, and maintain long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.

Escalate market, channel, and product rollout challenges to senior management and propose strategic improvement actions.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to develop business within the healthcare and medical technology sector.
You are a customer-focused and business-oriented professional with strong communication and presentation skills. You are comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, influencing decision-makers, and navigating complex sales processes. With strong organisational skills and a proactive approach, you effectively manage projects, tender processes, and multiple customer opportunities simultaneously.
You enjoy working in an international environment and are willing to travel extensively throughout your territory.

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Medical Technology, Physics, Life Sciences, or another relevant field.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

More than five years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or business development.

Experience within radiation oncology, radiology, nuclear medicine, medical technology, or a related healthcare field.

Experience presenting solutions and building relationships with customers and decision-makers.

Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

MBA or other advanced degree.

Experience working with radiation therapy workflows.

Experience with hospital procurement processes and tender management.

Experience with partner, distributor, or OEM channel management.

Experience working with capital medical equipment.

Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Established relationships with key opinion leaders within the oncology field.
