Objective:
Responsible for EMC development activities for Cockpit, ADAS, and Centralized Computing hardware products, supporting EMC design and problem resolution throughout the entire product lifecycle, from architecture definition and hardware development to testing and validation.
Ensure products meet vehicle-level and component-level EMC performance requirements through EMC design reviews, simulation and analysis, test debugging and corrective actions, as well as supplier technical reviews.

Support PCB stack-up definition and board architecture planning

Review placement, routing and implementation quality

Drive PCB quality and design consistency across projects
2. External Layout Management (20%)

Coordinate external PCB layout service providers

Clarify design requirements and review layout deliverables

Manage layout iterations and design changes

Ensure timely release of PCB manufacturing data
3. Technical Review of Internal & Supplier Designs (20%)

Review PCB designs developed internally or by suppliers

Assess layout quality for high-speed, power and mixed-signal designs

Identify risks related to SI, PI, EMC, thermal and manufacturability

Support architecture and design reviews
4. Manufacturing & Product Release Support (15%)

Support Gerber release and manufacturing package preparation

Review PCB fabrication and assembly considerations

Work with manufacturing and suppliers to resolve design-related issues

Improve DFM/DFT quality and production robustness
5. Methodology & Capability Development (15%)

Develop PCB design guidelines and best practices

Maintain PCB libraries, rules and design standards
