Lead the development of a proactive project risk management system; collaborate with business and product teams through project reviews, inspections, and satisfaction interviews to identify and address issues promptly.

Build a digital project delivery dashboard; establish the assets, services, products, technical, and delivery information required to provide effective decision support and drive timely communication and execution of decisions.

Align role planning and capture best practices across projects; drive the continuous improvement and effectiveness of project management strategy and culture.

5+ years of experience in large-scale internet, AI, cloud computing, or senior management environments, with a proven track record of leading successful projects or project portfolios valued at tens of millions (RMB).

Experience building PMO systems; familiar with PMO operating mechanisms and value positioning, with a customer-centric mindset and service design experience.

Experience in process planning and system development; deep understanding of data analysis; strong decision-making and data management capabilities; familiar with project and portfolio management methodologies and tools.

Industry expertise is preferred, with financial services project experience considered an advantage.

Strong negotiation skills when working with external stakeholders and excellent cross-functional coordination abilities.
