How you’ll make an impact
1.You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and market share growth.
2. You will proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads within designated territories or customer segments.
3. You will cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. You will conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to effectively communicate the value proposition of Hitachi Energy solutions.
5. You will prepare and deliver comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
6. You will collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project execution.
7. You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
8. You will provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
9. You will participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Hitachi Energy and expand professional networks.
10. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Willingness to travel frequently within China.
7. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
